1) Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern services provided by Maid in Virginia Cleaning Services, LLC (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you”). They outline how we schedule, price, perform, and guarantee our cleaning services.

2) Parties & Contact

Service Provider: Maid in Virginia Cleaning Services, LLC — 247 28th Street, Suite 208, Newport News, VA 23607 • Phone: +1 757-908-6990 • Email: [email protected]. Licensed and insured; OSHA certified.

3) Quotes, Validity & Deposits

  • Quotes are estimates based on current information and are valid for 30 days from issuance.
  • A deposit may be required before work begins; exact amount and timing are specified on the formal quote or invoice.

4) Scheduling & Access

Once approved, we coordinate a mutually convenient schedule and request safe, timely access to the premises (including utilities needed to perform work). If access is delayed or restricted, we may reschedule and/or adjust pricing and timelines.

5) Scope of Services

Services are performed per the agreed scope (e.g., residential, commercial, post-construction, deep clean, add-ons). Any change in scope requires written approval and may affect price and schedule.

6) Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing reflects anticipated labor, materials, and equipment for the approved scope. Final pricing may be updated if conditions differ materially from the estimate.
  • Invoices are due within 15 days of completion; overdue balances may incur a $75 late fee.
  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or ACH as indicated on your invoice.

7) Materials & Equipment

We supply standard tools, equipment, and materials unless otherwise agreed. If unforeseen materials are necessary, we will seek written approval prior to purchase.

8) Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access during agreed hours and ensure areas are reasonably free of hazards.
  • Keep children and pets away from active work areas for safety.

9) Warranties & Satisfaction

We perform services professionally and to industry standards. If issues related to our work arise within 60 days of completion, we will address them at no additional cost, provided they are not caused by conditions outside our control or lack of maintenance.

10) Insurance & Liability

We carry liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or factors outside our control (e.g., weather, previously damaged surfaces).

11) Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us as early as possible to reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-access arrivals may be subject to a fee to cover crew time and scheduling impact. (Details may be specified on your quote or invoice.)

12) Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to seek mediation before arbitration or legal action.

13) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

14) Entire Agreement & Changes

This Agreement, together with your approved quote or proposal, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes must be in writing and signed or confirmed electronically by both parties.
